Showers of good wishes!

Have I mentioned I really like stamps by My Favorite Things?? just checking.........he he

This little gal with the umbrella is from their "Shower Time" mini set and comes with other images too. See for yourself HERE. (available at Mill House Crafts £6.99).

I had a class last Thurs night and this was one of the cards created - I think everyone enjoyed using the MFT stamps.

Other stamps used: Canvas backgrounder by Cornish Heritage Farms and sentiment from Amuse.
INK: Brilliance graphite black, Ranger distress ink in 'tattered rose' and Versacolor Jumbo java.
Designer paper for paper piecing from Scrapbook walls double sided.
Dewdrops on corners will soon be in stock in a variety of colours.
Accessories: 'Ribbons by Mayarts, stipple brushes and nestabilities by Spellbinders. Pale pink liquid pearls for highlights and copics for the skintone. Judikins diamond glaze.

This was a VERY quick card using the same stamp as above but also a background stamp from "Behind the scenes" by MFT too.
The umbrella handles are hand drawn as are the raindrops. I used copics to colour the flowery background. If you click on the photo you'll see how the Judikins diamond glaze is effective as raindrops.
Clear dewdrops from Robin's nest.

Here's hoping we don't get any April showers - thanks for stopping by!
